Best Ever Protein Balls
Easy, tasty & transportable - these really are the best protein balls ever! Gluten free, diary free and packed with collagen protein - perfect for after school or before a workout.
2 T pepitas
2 T sunflower seeds
2 T chia seeds
1 T flaxseeds
1/2 c pecans
2 c oats
1 c nut butter
2 scoops Protein Essentials Chocolate Collagen
1 T mini chocolate chips
1 t almond milk
1 t kosher salt
Over low heat in a medium saute pan lightly toast the pepitas, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds & pecans. Move the seeds in the pan occasionally. Add the toasted seeds & nuts to a food processor. Process to a coarse ground. Add oats, nut butter, Chocolate Collagen, chocolate chips and salt. Process until the ingredients come together. Add almond milk. Pulse to combine. Roll into one inch balls. Enjoy!
