New Year's resolutions should taste good! Try this delicious high protein smoothie; it's super satisfying. Add one scoop of Protein Essentials Chocolate Collagen Protein, one frozen banana, two tablespoons of peanut butter, one cup of almond milk and three ice cubes to a blender and process until smooth.
