Stuffing. Maybe the best side dish of many holiday meals. We think we have found the secret to traditional stuffing: don't mess with it! Stick with the basics - and it will be a crowd pleaser every time!
1 bag herb seasoned classic stuffing
1 onion, diced
3 stalks of celery, dice
1 stick butter, divided
1 -1/2 C InstaBroth, chicken
Preheat oven to 350. In a large pan saute the onions and celery in 5 tablespoons butter. Cook until they are softening, but not mushy. Allow vegetables to cool slightly. Add the stuffing mix, stir until the mixture is all glistening. Add the 1 cup of InstaBroth, stir again. If the mixture looks too dry, add more InstaBroth. You want it to hold together - it should not be too dry or too crumbly.
Scoop stuffing into lightly greased casserole dish. Dot with remaining butter. Bake for 30 minutes. For softer stuffing, cover with tin foil while baking.
