1 scoop Protein Essentials Collagen Peptides
2 t tumeric
1 t cinnamon
1/8 t cardamom
pinch of ground black pepper
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 frozen banana
1 c almond milk
1 t pure maple syrup

In a small bowl stir together the Collagen, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and pepper.
Add the vanilla, banana, almond milk and maple syrup to your blender. Add the spice mixture. Blend until all ingredients are combined. Enjoy!
