Mocha Sweet Potato Green Smoothie

This delicious high protein smoothie packs a punch with a ton of health benefits! The fiber content in sweet potatoes is good for digestion, in fact they are soothing to the stomach.  Plant foods like sweet potatoes that are high in both vitamin C and beta-carotene offer an immunity boost from their powerful combination of nutrients. Combine sweet potato with Protein Essentials Mocha Collagen and you have tasty smoothie with benefits!

2/3 c roasted sweet potato, frozen
2/3 c baby spinach or kale
1 scoop Protein Essentials Mocha Drink Mix
1/2 small banana, frozen
1 T almond butter
1 c almond milk

Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
