Healthy, high protein snacks are important all year round. During the holidays, try to find super easy snacks that will keep you satisfied. Bonus: this high protein snack is pretty, simple and delicious! 

Toast one piece of whole wheat bread. Meanwhile mix together one heaping tablespoon of peanut butter and one scoop of Protein Essentials Collagen. Spread the peanut butter and collagen combo on the toast, cover with sliced bananas. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Microwave for 15 seconds. Enjoy!
