Matcha Latte
Matcha lattes are a delicious and rejuvenating coffee alternative. Here’s Protein Essentials’ favorite way to make them.
Ingredients:
-1 tsp Matcha (we used The Republic of Tea’s Matcha)
-1 tsp Maca Powder (we used Trader Joe’s Organic Maca Powder.)
-1 tsp pure maple syrup
-1 scoop Protein Essentials Hydrolyzed Collagen
-3/4 cup hot water
-1/4 cup almond milk (we used Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Milk).
Directions:
Combine powders in cup. Add hot water and almond milk. Stir in maple syrup or stevia for sweetness. Pour into blender and mix for added frothiness. Enjoy!
