Mocha Peppermint Smoothie
Today is a great day for a Mocha Peppermint Smoothie. A delicious holiday treat with a healthy twist from collagen protein and spinach! This gluten free, dairy free smoothie is perfect for an after school treat or an energizing breakfast.
3/4 c almond milk
1 small handful baby spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop Protein Essentials Mocha Protein Powder
1 t orange zest
1/8 t of peppermint extract
Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until desired consistency is achieved. Top with whipped topping and crushed candy cane pieces. Enjoy!
