Energy Balls

These little beauties are packed with protein and healthy, energizing superfoods! They are really tasty and no bake. Yep. No baking – you might want to chill them for a bit though. Need super human energy during the holidays?! These healthy treats are your answer – – not really – but they taste good and they’re good for you!

1/2 c almond butter
1T sweet groud cocoa 
1T ground flaxseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed 
1 T chia seeds
1/2 small ripe banana
1 c oats
1t cacao nibs
1T almond milk
1 scoop Protein Essentials Hydrolyzed Collagen
tiny pinch salt

Put everything in a mini food processor and blend well. You may have to add a tiny bit more almond milk depending on your ingredients. It should be a pretty solid consistency though.
Scoop out the batter by the tablespoon and roll into balls. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
